I live overseas. Can I order from The Barker Collection?
Yes. Our eCommerce sites doesn’t currently support international business however we can deliver to wherever you are. But please be aware that bed sizes vary in different regions of the World so check our size guide to ensure our items will fit your bed. All our linen is made slightly larger to ensure that it lasts with shrinkage over the years and also to accommodate mattress covers etc.  Contact us at: Support@TheBarkerCollection.co.uk where we will manage your order as a priority.

Can I change my order?
Yes. You can change your order up to 30 days after your initial purchase or 14 days from the date of receipt of your order, whichever is the greater. In most cases, our orders are despatched on the day of order so contact us here to discuss your requirements. Items for exchange can only be accepted if they are returned unused and in the original packaging. Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You can cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt of your purchase. Refunds will be issued using the same method used for the original purchase and will include delivery charges. Items can only be accepted if they are returned unused and in the original packaging. Please return items with your receipt.

What do I do if I’ve not received all of my order or if it is wrong?

How long does it take to get a refund?
All refunds will be paid with receipt of the goods and within 30 days, or where applicable replacement goods will be despatched to you as soon as possible, with no further cost to you. For more information please refer to our delivery and returns page.

I have a problem ordering on your site. What do I do?

Payment Options

We use PayPal and SagePay which means we can accept all major debit cards and credit cards.  You do not need a PayPal account to transact with us and to pay using PayPal.
